looks yummy , I think I would make an avocado dressing though , not to fond of Caesar dressing . I just made a yummy sprouted lentil salad that you probably would enjoy. Similar ingredients Sprouted lentils , raw garlic , created carrots and zucchini ,alfalfa sprouts and onion with a lemon ,tamari sesame dressing on a bed of spinach. I am going to add something to change it up for lunch today. This was a base for a few salads.
