Spice it up a bit!

I have never been a big fan of spicy foods but cayenne is so good for you in so many ways I wanted to try it for breakfast.  I actually like it.  The goat cheese helps tame it a bit.  
Sautéed veggies with turmeric and cayenne Yosef with an egg. Topped with cilantro pesto (helps detox heavy metal poisoning) then some goat cheese and dollops of raw garlic.  Side of quinoa with fermented veggies.  Yummy!
